Sumaq Qara, words in Quechua that mean "Beautiful Leather", was founded in 2006 with the purpose of helping more than 500 women who were victims of physical and psychological abuse during the time of terrorism. With more than 15 years of exporting, we offer a wide portfolio of products made with ancestral techniques such as embroidery, knitting, crochet and macramé. Likewise, we use natural fibers such as alpaca, merino wool, sheep wool, cotton and a mixture of them. Within our product portfolio we have cushions, rugs, ornaments, garlands, belts, bags, attachment dolls, fur, among others.
We have trained personnel in the international market so we ensure our quality in all our products.
