TOH Cairo is a training and production center for refugee women and migrants, specializing in high-quality hand embroidery, ajour, cross-stitch, corded work, and hand-painting. Producing around 5,000 pieces each month, TOH employs over 300 women to create beautifully crafted products, including pouches, tote bags, cushions, bed linens, and tableware such as placemats and napkins. It addresses the challenges faced by disadvantaged women, particularly refugees in Egypt, by recognizing their need to protect and provide for their families, especially their children. TOH enhances the economic participation of these women by equipping them with the tools and resources necessary to thrive. Its ultimate goal is to promote access to economic opportunities in handicrafts, contributing to the overall well-being of the women and their families.
