Sustainable Materials:

ReBorn is the world's first homewares brand created entirely from locally sourced waste. They utilize 100% recycled plastic from industrial leftovers, which drastically lowers carbon emissions compared to products produced from raw materials. The industrial remnants are gathered in collaboration with Biffa, a prominent sustainable waste management firm. This strategy eradicates the reliance on virgin resources and decreases landfill accumulation.

Local Production:

All ReBorn products are manufactured in their Wiltshire facility in the UK. This tactic removes air miles and long-haul transportation, further minimizing their environmental impact. The decision to manufacture in the UK was also considered for packaging, which is likewise produced locally. This also strengthens the local economy by generating employment and investing in regional expertise.

ReBorn products generate 79% fewer carbon emissions compared to similar items made from virgin materials and transported from the Far East (source: Brunel University Lifecycle Analysis 2024).

Circular Design:

ReBorn products are crafted to be repurposed at the end of their lifespan, fostering a circular economy—reusable, restorable, and recyclable. They avoid fusing multiple materials together, which complicates recycling.
