Jack Stratten
Head of Trends,
Insider Trends
Jack Stratten is an experienced trends speaker, writer and researcher who's worked with Insider Trends, a leading London-based retail futures agency, since its inception. As a speaker, Jack has hosted and presented on the future of technology in retail to a range of audiences, from seminars of 20 to events involving thousands of people. He believes that tomorrow's leading retailers will behave more like tech companies than retail companies, and he looks at how tech is changing retailer's ecosystems, the operational side of businesses and how it can improve the store experience. The retailers who make the most of tech will create businesses that are easier to run, connect with customers in more human ways than ever – and supercharge their profits. Over the years, Jack has delivered trend tours and presentations to blue-chip brands including Nike, BNP Paribas, EE and Marks and Spencer. Jack has also worked regularly with the British Library to create and deliver trend seminars and presentations for business leaders. He’s also researched and written for a host of well-renowned businesses and institutions including booking.com, the BBC and BT.
