Travelling to and from Source Home & Gift
Source Home & Gift is located in the NEC Birmingham, which is directly connected to Birmingham City Airport and Birmingham International train station. Both offer step-free access. To find out more about accessible train facilities, visit the national rail website here.
If you are travelling by car, all parking is free for Source Home & Gift visitors, The NEC has created a short film about where blue badge holders are able to park, you can watch here.
All areas of the NEC are wheelchair accessible, via ramps and lifts as well as providing wheelchair-friendly toilet facilities. The Piazza and Atrium main entrances have automatic doors.
Wheelchair hire is also free for any blue badge holders, however, they are only available on a first come first serve basis. We therefore recommend you to reserve in advance by emailing the NEC at: info@necgroup.co.uk or, alternatively bring your own if you have one.
Accessible toilets are available throughout the whole venue. Changing Places facilities are accessible by Hall 20 on the Atrium side, and by Hall 2 on the Piazza side. (These are available with a radar key. You can download the Atrium and Piazza map here.

There are many dining and seating options both inside and outside the show halls around the NEC Birmingham, including our Source Home & Gift buyers lounge. You can find out more about NEC dining here.
Assistance animals are welcome at Source Home & Gift, but please ensure your assistance animal is easily identifiable by wearing a support pet vest, and ensure they are visible to staff and other visitors at all times.
Please note, owners are fully responsible for the actions of their animal, and they will need to be kept on a lead or harness.
